Initial Consultation

We will arrange an initial call to discuss your requirements and understand how I can assist you. This can be conducted via Teams or over the phone. This is a complimentary, no-obligation consultation.

Proposal

After fully understanding the requirements, a bespoke admin solution will be prepared and sent as a proposal for review. This will include pricing, package options, and Terms and Conditions.

Onboarding

Once we reach a final agreement on the services to be provided, I will send a request for the signing of my Terms and Conditions, and we will agree on a start date for the work to commence.

Training

I prefer training sessions to be recorded via Teams, as this allows me to take notes in my own time and refer back to the training videos as needed.
